Big Bite Events Presents Sugar Rush

Big Bite Events, creators of the sizzling Big Bite Bacon Fest in Long Beach, is pleased to introduce Sugar Rush, the sweetest event you will ever taste, on Saturday, December 5 and Sunday, December 6, 2015 at the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa. Star chefs, bakers and confectioners will come together to create an unforgettable dessert fest and marketplace to satisfy even the most decadent sweet tooth.

Sugar Rush is a one-of-a-kind sweet shoppe experience packed with entertainment, chef competitions, demonstrations, and tastings of delicious sweet treats and shopping from some of the best pastry chefs and confectioners in Southern California.

The event is sponsored in part by Baker’s Bodega and Wilton. A portion of event proceeds benefit local non-profit organizations Share Our Selves and Festival of Children.

Sugar Cookie Art Display Competition – “A Cookie, an Artist & a Cause” is the friendly rivalry of talented pastry artists in an all out battle for the top sugar cookie art display. The winner will receive a $250 cash prize!

Sugar Rush Cookie Bake-Off – Are you ready to finally put that favorite cookie recipe to the ultimate test? Enter your cookie into the “Cookie Bake-Off” competition at the Sugar Rush Festival. The winner will receive $250 CASH!
