Cafe Birdie

the food here is delicious! i got to try the mushroom toast, grapefruit citrus salad, the tagiatelle, butcher’s pasta, and the morrocan fried chicken. the fried chicken was seriously one of the best i’ve had. it was light breaded, crispy and the chicken was juicy and tender! love the sauce it came with.

the wines (proseco & pinot noir) were both fantastic as well as the cocktails. if you like gin, get the trouble maker. my favorite cocktail was the roosevelt made with rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, aperol, benedictine, and bitters.

save room for the dessert and get the chocolate tart! yum!
